The Shahrah-e-Bhutto Expressway (formerly known as the Malir Expressway) is a 39-kilometre-long, 6-lane, high-speed, access-controlled corridor running along the Malir River in Karachi, Pakistan. Formally inaugurated on May 22, 2026, by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, it is the largest infrastructure project developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Government of Sindh. The expressway dramatically reduces commuting times from the city’s southern coastal edge to the northern highways.
